Cookie Policy

Effective date: October 13, 2026

This policy explains cookies and browser storage on the Lexogrine marketing website, including next.lexogrine.com. Lexogrine is the site operator and brand. It does not describe storage used by separate products or websites you reach through outbound links.

1. What are cookies and browser storage?

Cookies are small pieces of data stored by your browser and sent with requests to the relevant website. Local storage keeps data for a website across visits without a built-in expiry. Session storage normally lasts for the browser tab's session. Embedded third-party services can use their own cookies and storage.

2. Cookies and storage we use

Optional analytics and external content are off until you allow them. Remembering your choice and protecting the contact form are separate from those optional settings. The inventory below reflects a browser check of next.lexogrine.com on October 13, 2026, including visits to the contact page without submitting a form. Third-party behavior can vary with browser settings and provider configuration; observed cookie lifetimes are not guaranteed for every visit.

3. Remembering your choice

The site stores a versioned privacy choice in localStorage under lexogrine-consent. The current record contains version 1 and two yes/no choices: analytics and external content. It does not contain contact-form information or a visitor identifier. Changing your choice replaces this record. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice applies in memory and you may be asked again after reloading. Choices are specific to the browser and site origin; they are not automatically shared across devices or subdomains.

4. Optional analytics

Where Google Analytics is configured, it loads only after you allow Analytics. The site's own tracking sends page views and predefined interaction categories, not the contents of your contact or audit request. It excludes URL queries and fragments from explicit page-view tracking and disables Google signals and advertising-personalization signals in its initialization settings.

No Google Analytics script, requests or cookies were observed on next.lexogrine.com in the October 13, 2026 check, including after analytics consent. This policy therefore does not assign cookie names or lifetimes to an unobserved deployment configuration. Google's handling of information is explained in its Privacy Policy and information about cookies.

5. Embedded reviews and form security

Clutch reviews: allowing External content loads the Clutch review embed in the footer. Clutch and its providers receive ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and browser details. The check observed requests to widget.clutch.co and static.cloudflareinsights.com, and the two Cloudflare cookies listed above. These security cookies belong to the optional embed; we do not load that embed before your choice. A static link to Clutch remains available without consent and takes you to a separate website if followed. See the Clutch Privacy Policy and Cloudflare cookie information.

Google reCAPTCHA: form security loads when the contact form mounts on the page, before you enter information or submit it. It is not controlled by the optional Analytics or External content choices. Google receives device and network information and may use cookies or browser storage for abuse prevention. The check observed the storage listed above and requests to www.google.com, www.gstatic.com and fonts.gstatic.com; it did not observe Google cookies in those fresh browser contexts. This does not mean Google can never set cookies. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to reCAPTCHA.

6. Managing your preferences

Use Privacy settings below or in the footer at any time. Reject optional turns both optional categories off; Preferences lets you choose them independently. You can read the site without allowing either optional category.

Withdrawing analytics consent blocks subsequent tracking by the application. Withdrawing external-content consent removes the Clutch embed. Withdrawal does not undo information already sent, cancel every request already in progress, or delete cookies and storage already placed by providers. In the check, Clutch cookies remained after withdrawal. Form security is unaffected by these optional choices.

Your browser settings let you inspect, block or delete cookies and other site data, including data associated with third-party domains. Clearing Lexogrine's storage also removes your saved choice, so the site will ask again with optional categories off. Blocking provider storage may affect reviews or form verification. Browser guidance is available for Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site's storage or services change. The effective date above identifies this version. A new consent-record version can require you to choose again.
