Managing the massive data flow between local client instances and the core cloud infrastructure, especially with on-demand AI processing, demanded a highly optimized architecture. We engineered a solution that ensures low latency and high stability while keeping operational costs efficient.
Unifying fragmented workflows
Prior to LHM.gg, broadcasting was a disjointed process relying on multiple incompatible tools. This fragmentation was inefficient and required operators to master complex, isolated systems.
Designing broadcast-grade visuals
The goal was to move beyond static overlays. We faced the challenge of rendering high-fidelity, real-time graphics, including live stats and comparisons, that could instantly adapt to different tournament branding requirements without requiring code changes for every event.
Creating the right and scalable AI models
The technical challenge lay in identifying high-value data streams where machine learning provided a genuine advantage over traditional logic. We had to architect targeted, lightweight models that automated specific tasks without introducing latency or unnecessary computational overhead.

Grounded in deep UX analysis, we designed a comprehensive workflow that covers every stage of broadcast management. Scout AI: intelligent observing, predictions, and cinematics
Our team developed Scout AI, an advanced engine that automates match observing, showcases dynamic cinematics, and provides real-time predictions for round and match outcomes. Because all data processing happens in the LHM Cloud, users gain access to high-end predictive analytics without needing powerful local hardware - just a seamless integration within the app.
We engineered a high-performance desktop environment using Electron, React, and TypeScript, supported by a robust Node.js and Express 5 backend. To handle real-time game data and AI processing, we integrated Socket.io, ONNX Runtime, and Prisma, ensuring instant responsiveness during live broadcasts
